or parcel of land, situate in said County of Alachua
and State of Florida and described as follows:-
Beginning at the South East Corner of Section Four (4)
Township Ten (10) Range Twenty (20) East, and run-
ning due West on the Section line to a Branch
dividing James H. Roper's land from D.G. Anderson's
land; thence North up the Run of said Branch
to the North East Corner of said J.H. Roper's land; thence
West to Edmund Jones' lot of ten acres; thence North
on said Jones' line Four Hundred and Forty Feet
to William P. Scott's Lot; thence North two hundred
Feet to the North East Corner of said Scott's lot; thence
West on said Scott's line, Eight hundred and Seven-
ty two Feet, to the North West Corner of said Scott's 
lot; thence due North to the Section line leaving
Forty Feet between said Scott's lot and D.G. Ander-
son's land, and also Forty Feet between S. McCall's,
C. Rain's and other lots from D.G. Anderson's land;
thence East on the Section line to the North East
Corner of Section Four; thence South down said
Section line to the South East Corner of Section Four,-
the place of beginning - and containing Three Hun-
dred Acres, more or less, except the following named
parcels already disposed of by D.G. Anderson to Sam-
uel Y. Finley and Julia Finley three acres; Stephen
McCall six acres, W. White one acres (for metes and
bounds of which reference in hereby made, to their
respective Deeds and Bonds) together with all and
singular, the rights hereditaments and appurtenances
thereunto belonging: To Have and to Hold the said
premises unto the said party of the second part, and
his heirs and assigns forever - And the said Henry
G. Anderson, party of the first part for himself and 
his executors and administrators, will and doth by
these presents defend and warrant the title to the
said land unto the said party of the second part
and his heirs and assigns against the claim or
claims of all persons whomsoever - In witness where-
of the said Henry G. Anderson hereto sets his hand
and seal on the day and year first above written
