W. Sparkman, of the County of Alachua and State
of Florida, for and in consideration of the sum of
($1000.00) One Thousand Dollars to me in hand
paid by Lydia B. Peck of the County and State
aforesaid, the receipt whereof I do hereby ac
knowledge, do grant, sell and convey unto said
Lydia B. Peck, her heirs and assigns all that
tract or parcel of land or tenements situated
in the County of Alachua and State of Florida, in
the Town of Waldo; Lots (1) one, (2) Two, (9) Nine, (10)
Ten, in Block (20) Twenty. - To Have and to Hold
the aforesaid granted premises unto the said
