and thirty (430) feet to a stake, then East seventy five (75)
feet to a stake, then South one hundred and fourteen (114)
feet to a stake within sixty five (65) feet of the Florida Rail-
Road thence down and parallel with said Rail Road on the
Section Line four hundred (400) feet to a stake on the East
side of West Main Street, extended thence North six hundred
& fifty two (652) feet to a Stake, Thence East three hundred and
fifteen (315) feet to a stake, the corner of beginning - contain-
ing three and a half (3 1/2) acres more or less. Also another lot de-
scribed as follows; Run forth forty (40) feet directly North of the North-
west corner of the above described lot, commence at Stake and
run North two hundred (200) feet, then East fifty (50) feet;
then South two hundred (200) feet, then West fifty (50) feet to
the place of beginning; together with all and singular, the ten-
ements and hereditaments and appurtenances, and all the Estate
title and interest of the said party of the first party therein.
   And the said party of the first part, doth hereby commit
covenant and agree with the said party of the second part
that at the time of the delivering hereof the said party of the
first part is the lawful owner of the premises above granted
and seized thereof in fee simple absolute and that he will
warrant and defend the above granted premises in the quiet
and peaceable possession of the same the said party of the
second part her heirs and assigns forever.
