Alachua County  } Wereas I, E. Carrington F. Sanchez as Com-
missioner was by an order of the Probate Court in and for Alach-
ua County Florida made and rendered on the 8th day of January
A.D. 1875 duly and legally authorized and empowered to sell the real
Estate of Levinia Beville, deceased for division of said estate
among the heirs thereof and whereas due and legal publication
of the time and place of said sale was made pursuant to law
and in accordance with said order, and whereas I did on the 3rd
day of May A.D. 1875 as such Commissioner sell the said land as here
inafter described at public auction before the Court House door
in the town of Gainesville Florida pursuant to said publication and
order and whereas Mary B. Snell became the purchaser of said
land at said public sale for the sum of ($2800.00) Twenty
Eight Hundred Dollars he being the highest bidder therfor
and that being the highest sum bid for the same and whereas
the sale has been confirmed by an order and decree of the Probate
Court in and for Alachua County Florida made and rendered on
the 6th day of May AD 1875, and I, as Commissioner thereby author
ized and required to make a title Deed to her the said
Mary B. Snell to the land hereinafter described: Now therefore
Know all men by these presents that I, E. Carrington F. Sanchez
as Commissioner as aforesaid for and in consideration of the
said sum of ($2800.00) Twenty Eight Hundred Dollars to
me in hand paid at and before the ensealing and delivery 
of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged Have
granted, bargained, sold and conveyed and by these presents
                 sell 
doth grant bargain^and convey unto her the said Mary
B. Snell in the County of Alachua and State of Florida
the following described real estate the same being the
land sold to her at said sale aforesaid to wit: Block
No (3) three, Lots Nos (5) five & (6) six - also one Tract running
from the north corner of Lot number five East to the run of
Sweet Water Branch thence down said branch Two hundred
feet thence West to the corner of Lot No Six containing three
quarters of an acre more or less.  To have and to hold the
same together with the tenements hereditaments and ap
purtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertain-
ing to her the said Mary B. Snell, her heirs, executors, ad
ministrators and assigns in fee simple forever xxxx
In witness whereof I, E. Carrington F. Sanchez as Commissioner as
aforesaid have hereunto set my hand and affixed my this
6th day of May A.D. 1875
