McCall, James B. Dawkins, James T. McMillan Trustees of the
Baptist Church at Gainesville Fla have bargained, granted & sold
unto Spencer Welsh, Isaac Thompson & Bassel Turner Deacons
of the Colored Baptist Church at Fort Clark Church and 
their successors in office Two acres of land with the appurtenance
thereunto belonging situated in the S.E. Corner of Sec 31 T. 9 Range
19E. To have and to hold the same unto them and their successors
in office forever upon this express condition that the same is to be
used & enjoyed by them & their successors exclusively for religious,
school or educational purposes upon the penalty of a forfeit
use of their Deed & the rights acquired thereunder

State of Florida  }  This Indenture made and executed this the 4th day
County of Volusia }  of September A.D. 1875 between J.M. Feaster of the State and
County aforesaid of the first part and Isham Jackson of the second part
Witnesseth: that for and in consideration of the sum of Three hundred and
twenty dollars to him in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowl-
ed the Said John M. Feaster hath bargained, Sold and doth bargain
Sell and convey unto the said party of the second part his heirs and
assigns forever all that certain tract and parcel of land known and
described as the South half of the North East quarter of section Thirty
Four Township Eleven, Range Twenty of what is known as the Arre-
dondo Grant lying and being in Alachua County State of Florida:
