To have and to hold the above described and granted premises and
every part thereof with all and singular the rights improvements and
appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining to the
only proper use benefit and behoof of the said party of the second
part his heirs executors or assigns in fee simple forever. And the said
party of the first part hereby covenants and agrees to and with the
said party of the second part that he is duly authorized to sell and
convey the foregoing lands and that he will warrant and defend
the title to the same to the party of the second part her heirs executors
or assigns against all claims or demands whatsoever.
In testimony whereof the said party of the first part has hereunto
set his hand and affixed his seal on the day and year above
written

Alachua County  } Know all men by these presents that I, William
R. Mills of the aforesaid County and State for and in consideration of
Two hundred and thirty one 34/100 dollars have granted bargained
sold and conveyed: and by these presents do grant bargain sell and
convey unto James Bowling of said County and State all that certain
piece, parcel or tract of land to wit: Lot no Two (2) of the Moses
E. Levy Grant bounded on the south by lands formerly owned by
John W. Anderson on the West by lands purchased by George L.
Barnes on the North by lands purchased by Wm K. Cessna and
on the East by lands of Mary Corbitt containing Forty (40)
acres more or less and situated in Alachua County Florida
To Have and to Hold the same unto him the said James
Bowling his heirs executors administrators and assigns
