together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and
appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining in
fee simple forever.  And I the said William R. Mills doeth hereby
covenant with the said James Bowling that I will and my heirs
executors and administrators shall and will forever warrant and
defend the title to the lands hereby and hereunder conveyed
to him and will hereby forever warrant and defend him and
his assigns in the fully peaceable and quiet enjoyment of the
premises hereby conveyed against the lawful claims and de-
mands of all persons whomsoever.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and af-
fixed my seal on this the 10th day of June A.D. 1875

This Indenture made and entered into on this the Twenty first
day of September in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred
sixty three between James T. Soutter, of the City of New York, and
John McRae of the City of Wilmington, Trustee duly appointed by the
Florida Rail Road Company, parties of the first part and
Owen & Henry Swindle parties of the second part.  Witnesseth
That the said parties of the first part for and in consideration of
the sum of one hundred & thirty one 80/100 dollars to them in
hand paid by the said parties of the second part the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, hath given, granted, aliened, bargained
sold transferred; and do by these presents give, grant, alien, bargain,
sell transfer and convey unto the said parties of the second part
Lots four, five & twelve of Section Seven of Township nine South
