Armstrong now a resident of Alachua County Florida have
granted bargained and sold and conveyed and by these presents
do grant bargain sell and convey unto the said Peter Armstrong
his heirs executors administrators and assigns the following described
lands to wit: Lot number (12) twelve situated in Thomas
Napier Grant containing fifty eight 13/100 acres more or less
as shown by the recent survey of the Thos Napier one thousand
acre tract or Grant in the Arredondo Grant said Napier Grant
being in township (10) ten Range (19) nineteen and (20) twenty
East and the survey of said Grant into lots being on file
in Clerks office of Alachua County Florida.     To Have and to
hold the above described premises with the hereditaments and
appurtenances unto Peter Armstrong his heir executors administrators
and assigns in fee simple forever.   And I, as administrator
with the will annexed of the last will and testament of the
said Thomas Napier deceased do hereby warrant and defend the
before described premises unto the said Peter Armstrong his
heirs executors administrators and assigns against myself and all
other persons lawfully claiming or to claim the same.
In witness whereof I hereunto set my hand and affix my seal
this Eighth day of October A.D. 1875

J. Tobias a Commissioner duly appointed and authorized and under the
laws of the State of Florida to take within the State of South Carolina
proof and acknowledgement of Deeds and other instruments to be used
and recorded in the said State of Florida personally appeared E. Montague
Grimkie Administrator with the will annexed of Thomas Napier to me
known to be the person described in the above deed and who executed the
foregoing instrument and acknowledgement the execution thereof as be
his free act & deed for the purposes and uses therein mentioned
In witness whereof I have hereto set my hand and affixed
my seal of office at Charleston aforesaid this Eighth day of October in
the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventy five
