State of Florida} This Indenture made this 29th day of Novem
Alachua County  } ber in the year one Thousand Eight Hundred
and Seventy five between Ella Palmer and Frank Palmer
her husband of said State & County and Moses Endel & Mar
cus Endel merchants partners doing business under the firm
name and Style of Moses Endel & Son
                        Witnesseth that the said Ella Palmer
& Frank Palmer for & in consideration of the sum of Fifteen
Hundred Dollars lawful money of the United States to them
in hand paid before the delivery hereof the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged hath bargained & sold and by these
presents & by these presents do grant and convey to the said 
Moses & Marcus Endel as aforesaid their heirs Executors or
administrators forever, All that certain piece or parcel of land
lying or being in the town of Gainesville and Known and
described in the map of said town as the South half of Lot
No 1 Block three (3) Range Seven.  Together with all & singular
the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances & all the
estate title and interest of the said Ella & Frank Palmer
therein.   And the said Ella Palmer and Frank Palmer
doth hereby covenant and agree with the said Moses Endel
and Marcus Endel that at the time of the delivery thereof
that they are the lawful owner or owners of the premises
above granted and signed thereof in fee simple absolute and 
that they will warrant and defend the above granted premises
in the quiet and peaceable possession of the said Moses &
Marcus Endel as aforesaid their heirs executors or adminis
trators for ever.
