This Indenture, made the Ninth day of November Anno
Domini Eighteen Hundred and Seventy five between Mistress
Salle C. Williams - widow - of State of South Carolina party
of the first and S.F. Halliday of the town of Gainesville County
of Alachua and State of Florida party of the second part
Witnesseth:  That the said party of the first part for and in con-
sideration of Eighty Dollars to her in hand paid by the said party
of the second part the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath
given, granted, aliened, bargained sold transferred and do by these
presents give grant alien bargain sell transfer and convey unto the
said party of the second part and his heirs and assigns forever
all that certain Lot, Tract or parcel of land situate lying and
being in the said County of Alachua and State of Florida and known
and described on the public plats of said State as the Southwest
quarter of the North west quarter of Section Thirty three in Township
Eleven South of Range Eighteen East containing Forty acres more or
less (SW1/4 of NW1/4 of Sec 33 T 118 R 18E)
Together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and
appurtenances thereunto belonging: and also all the estate right title
interest property claim and demand whatsoever as well in law as in
equity of the said party of the first part of in and to the same with the
appurtenances.  To Have and To Hold the above described premises with
the appurtenances thereunto belonging unto the said party of the second
part and his heirs and assigns as their absolute property in fee simple
forever.  And the said party of the first part for herself and for all
others claiming by through or under her do the covenant and agree
that she is seized of a fee simple to the above premises by deed from
the Florida Rail Road Company bearing date        and that she
has conveyed the same free and discharged from all encumbrances
and liens of any and every nature and description created by herself:
and that the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns
shall quietly and peaceably enjoy the above described premises
against all persons whatsoever lawfully claiming by through or
under said party of the first part
In Testimony whereof the said party of the first part has hereunto
affixed her hand and seal this the day and year above written
