State of Florida}
Alachua County  } Whereas James Young late of the State
and County aforesaid did during his life-time become seized
and possessed of a certain tract or parcel of land lying and
being situate in said State & County: to wit the north half of
section eleven (11) in Township Eleven (11) Range nineteen (19)
South & East by means of a title derived from W.W. Geiger of
the said State & County since deceased.  And whereas a
preexisting, mortgage made by the said W.W. Geiger has since the
death of the said James Young been foreclosed upon the said
tract of land and whereas Esther M. Powell wife of Benja-
min W. Powell also of the aforesaid State & County became pur-
chaser at the sale under the foreclosure of the said mortgage
And whereas the said Esther M. Powell and her said hus-
band have for the consideration here in after mentioned agreed
to relinquish to the heirs of James Young aforesaid all their
rights title interest and claim in and to the said tract
of land.    Now therefore.    Know all men by these presents
that we Esther M. Powell & Benjamin W. Powell of the
State & County aforesaid for and in consideration of the
sum of One Hundred & Thirty dollars to us in hand paid
at and before signing and delivery of these presents the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged do hereby release
relinquish set over and quit claim to Annie E. Young as
administratrix of James Young deceased all our right
title interest and claim in and to all the certain tract
or parcel of land Known as the north half of Section Eleven
(11) Range (19) nineteen South and East.  Together with all
the rights privileges and appurtenances thereunto belonging
or in any wise appertaining.
