Alachua County  } of the Peace in and for the said County
personally came Esther M. Powell wife of Benjamin W. Powell who
being by me examined separate and apart from her husband
acknowledged that she executed the foregoing deed freely and
voluntarily and without any compulsion constraint fear or
apprehension of or from her said husband.
