Know all men by these presents that I Eleanor
M. Simonton wife of John Simonton of my own free will and
accord, Signed & Sealed the foregoing Indenture of Deed and
thereby renounced all my right of Dower in and to the Real
Estate thereby conveyed freely and voluntarily and without any
compulsion constraint apprehension or fear of or from my said husband
In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed
my seal this third day of August A.D. 1875

Fairfield County } I hereby certify that the foregoing renun-
citation of Dower was made by Mrs Eleanor M. Simonton before me
on a private examination separate and apart from her husband
John Simonton. And the said John Simonton & Eleanor M.
Simonton his wife acknowledged that they executed the foregoing
Indenture of Deed of their own accord and for the purposes
therein set forth

Alachua County } Whereas Charles W. Little as administrator of all
and singular the goods chattels rights and credits of John Little
deceased late of said County did give notice in terms of the
Statute in such cases made and provided that he would ap
ply for leave to sell Sec 15 Township 9S Range 19E the real estate of
said deceased for a distribution among the heirs of said deceased
and Whereas he the said administrator did apply for said leave
and having complied fully with the statute in such cases made
and provided an order was issued to wit on the 20th day of June
1875 authorizing said administrator to sell said lands for said
distribution & the undersigned was appointed Commissioner for the
sale of said lands for said distribution & Whereas said lands
were exposed for sale on the 1st Monday of August the same
being the 2nd day of said month before the court house door of
said County within the legal hours of sale and whereas Mrs Frances
said
