the highest and best bidder for the North East quarter of Sec Fifteen
Township nine Range nineteen East including the residence of the
late J.G. Little at the sum of Three Hundred Dollars. Now Know
all men by these presents that I, J.C. Gardner as Commissioner afore-
said for and in consideration of the sum of Three Hundred Dollars
to me in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged do
hereby give grant bargain & sell unto Mrs Frances A. Little her
heirs and assigns forever all that certain piece or parcel of land
situate lying and being in the State of Florida and County 
of Alachua and which is known and described as follows.  From
the South East corner of Sec 15 North 29.00 chains to a stake at
place of commencement thence West 31.50 chains to a post thence
South 51.00 chains to a stake on Section line thence East to N.E.
corner of said section 15 thence south to place of commencing
containing 160 6/100 acres together with all and singular singular
the edifices buildings rights members privileges advantages heredit
aments and appurtenances to the same belonging or in any wise ap-
pertaining and also all the estate right title interest claim and de-
mand whatsoever which the said intestate had in his life time and
at the time of his death.  To have and to hold the said premises above
mentioned and described and hereby granted & conveyed unto Mrs
Francis Little his heirs Executors or administrators to her and their
own proper use benefit and behoof forever.
In witness whereof I, J.C. Gardner as Commissioner as aforesaid
have hereunto set my hand and seal this Oct 21st A.D. 1875
