Alachua County } Before the subscriber a Justice of the Peace in and
for said County personally came J.M. Sparkman & Son who
severally acknowledged that they signed the within conveyance
for the within specified purposes and I know them to be the
parties named in the within conveyance.

This Indenture made and entered into this 7th day of February
A.D. 1873 between Benjamin P. Bouleware of the County of Alachua
State of Florida of the first part and Marshal Siegler of the
County of Putnam and State aforesaid of the second part;
Witnesseth that the said Benjamin P. Bouleware for and
in consideration of the sum of Five Dollars to him in hand paid
by the said Marshal Seigler at and before the delivery of these
presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath given
granted, bargained and sold and by these presents doth give,
grant, bargain, sell, confirm and convey unto the said Marshal
Seigler, his heirs and assigns, all that tract or parcel of land
lying and being situate in Alachua County State of Florida, and
more particularly described as follows, viz. The North half of
the S. East quarter, the South west quarter of the North East quarter
of section (21) twenty one and the South East quarter of the North East
quarter of section (20) twenty, all in Township (9) nine South, Range
(22) twenty two East, containing one hundred fifty nine & 17/100 acres
(159 17/100) more or less, together with all the privileges and appurtenances
thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining. To have and to
hold unto the said Marshal Seigler, the foregoing described property
his heirs and assigns in fee simple forever
And the said Benjamin P. Bouleware will and his
heirs, executors and administrators shall the said property
to the said Marshall Seigler his heirs executors and admin-
istrators forever defend and warrant against the lawful
demands of all persons whatsoever.
