Personally appeared before me I.E. Webster Clerk of the
Circuit Court for the County of Alachua State of Florida
Lewis A. Barnes sheriff of said County who acknowledged
that of his own accord for the purposes herein above
set forth he executed the foregoing Deed of his own accord
for the purposes therein set forth.

State of Florida} This Indenture made and
Alachua County } entered into this Thirteenth day
of March 1872 Between James J. Kelly of the first
part of the State & County aforesaid and John B.
Brooks and William E. Stroble of the second
part of the County & State aforesaid Witnesseth
That the said party of the first part for and in
consideration of one Hundred Dollars lawful
money to him in hand paid the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged hath given granted aliened bar-
gained sold transferred and conveyed and by these
presents give grant alien bargain sell transfer and
convey unto the said John B. Brooks and William
E. Stroble parties of the second part all that tract
or parcel of land described on the plat of the town
of Waldo & known as Lot number one (No 1) Block
number twelve (No 12) in the town of Waldo County &
State aforesaid to have & to hold the above described
premises together with all & singular the rights & privileges
thereto belonging or in any wise appertaining unto the said
parties of the second part their heirs administrators or assigns
in fee simple forever and the said James J. Kelly aforesaid
does covenant & agree that they are seized of a good
& indefeasible fee simple to the above premises that they
have good right to sell & convey the same as he has sold the
same free and clear discharged from all encumbrances of
every description and that the said parties of the second part
their heirs administrators or assigns shall quietly & peaceably
enjoy the above described premises against all persons who
soever lawfully claiming the same and that he will at any and
all times make such further covenants conveyances and |
