State of Florida} Whereas by virtue of an order and decree
Alachua County  } made and rendered on the 5th day of April
A.D. 1875 by His Honor J.H. Goss Judge of the Circuit Court for
Alachua County in the 5th Judicial Circuit of Florida in
Chancery sitting.  I, William R. Mills the grantor hereinafter
named was made and appointed Guardian of Benjamin J.
Mills a minor who owns the lands hereby conveyed and I was
as such Guardian by said order and decree authorized and
empowered to convey said lands in conformity to a sale thereof
made by Benjamin J. Mills on the 31st day of December AD 1872
to one James Bowling grantee herein which said sale has
been confirmed upon the part of B.J. Mills by said decree
of court.  Now therefore know all men by these presents that
I, the said William R. Mills as such Guardian as aforesaid
for said Benjamin J. Mills under and by authority of
said order and decree of the Court of Chancery above named
for and in consideration of the sum of Four hundred and
sixty eight 66/100 dollars to me the said William R. Mills as
such Guardian for Benjamin J. Mills partly cash in hand
already paid and in part secured to be paid note and
mortgage have granted bargained sold and conveyed and
