by these presents do grant, bargain, sell and convey unto James
Bowling of said County and State the following described real
estate situate lying and being in the County of Alachua in
the State of Florida described as Eighty (80) acres of land
lying and being in Lot No two (2) of the Moses E. Levy Grant
bounded on the South by lands of Dr Harrison and on the
North and East by lands of Mary Corbitt.
To Have and to Hold the same together with all and sin-
gular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to
the same belonging or in anywise appertaining to him
the said James Bowling his heirs executors admin-
istrators and assigns in fee simple forever
And I the said William R. Mills as such Guardian
for the said Benjamin J. Mills do hereby covenant with
the said James Bowling that I will forever warrant and
defend the title to the lands hereby conveyed and that I will
as such Guardian forever warrant and defend him in
the quiet peaceful and full enjoyment of the lands and
premises hereby conveyed against the lawful claims and
demands of the said Benjamin J. Mills and against
the lawful claims and demands of all persons whom-
soever. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my
hand and affixed my seal as such Guardian as
aforesaid on this 10th day of June A.D. 1875
