State of Florida} Know all men by these presents that we James
Alachua County  } D. Matheson and James T. McMillan as Trustees
for the Creditors of the Estate of John W. Anderson deceased for
whom we hold title to the land hereby conveyed for the purpose
of making sale of same, for and in consideration of the sum of
Three Hundred and Sixteen Dollars to us in hand paid by Lucius
Montgomery of said State and County the receipt whereof we do here-
by acknowledge have granted bargained sold and conveyed and by these
presents do grant bargain sell and convey unto him the said Lucius
Montgomery all that certain lot piece parcel or tract of land situate
lying and being in the County of Alachua in the State of Florida
designated upon a map or plat of the land of said County and State
properly known as the "Leitner Land" or "Leitner Plantation" drawn
and made by Wm C. Miller and now in possession of the Grantors herein
as Lots or Section No Fifty nine the same being situated in Lot or
section No 8 of the Moses E. Levey Grant as the same is subdivided and
membered on the well known map of the Arredondo Grant drawn and
and by Burr & Washington containing forty acres of land and water
more or less.  To Have and to Hold the same to him the said
Lucius Montgomery his heirs executors administrators and assigns
in fee simple forever.
In witness whereof we have as such Trustees as aforesaid hereunto
set our hands and seals on this 14th day of December A.D. 1875

Alachua County  } being duly sworn says that he saw James T.
McMillan and James D. Matheson as Trustees signs seal & deliver the
foregoing deed of conveyance for the uses and purposes as therein con-
tained and expressed and that together with P.H. Young signed
the same as subscribing witnesses thereto
