This Indenture made this First day of November A.D. 1875
between Lenora Moore of Waldo County of Alachua and State of
Florida party of the first part and Phebe Manton of the town of
Newnansville and of the same County and State above mentioned
party of the second part. Witnesseth that the said party of the
first part for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred
dollars ($100) in lawful money of the United States to her
in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged has
bargained sold released and quit claimed and by these
presents do bargain sell release and quit claim unto the
said party of the second part her heirs and assigns forever
all that certain piece or parcel of land lying and situate
in the town of Newnansville County of Alachua and
State of Florida and which is known and described as follows
to wit: Lots no five and six (5&6) Block number two (2)
Range Number one (1) with all and singular the tene
ments hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging
or in any wise appertaining and reversions, remainders
rents and profits thereof: and also all the estate right
title interest dower property possession claim and dem-
and whatsoever of in or to the above described premises as
well in law as in equity of the said party of the first
To Have and To Hold all and singular the above mentioned
and described premises together with the appurtenances unto
the said party of the second part her heirs and assigns for
ever. In witness whereof the said party of the first part
has hereunto set her hand and seal this twenty second day
of November A.D. 1875
