This deed made this the 6th day of Dec A.D. 1875 from Louis
A. Barnes Sheriff of Alachua County in for the State of Florida
to Thomas H. Barnes of Boston Massachusets.  Witnesseth
That whereon said Louis A. Barnes as Sheriff as aforesaid
by virtue of a writ of Fieri Facias to him issued from
the Circuit Court of Alachua County founded upon a
decree of foreclosure of Mortgage in favor of Thomas H. Barnes
and against Lemond L. Brown, Louis A. Barnes John
H. Park and Mrs E.G. Goldsmith as Administrators of Jeremiah
Goldsmith and Wm Edward as the agent of Administratrix
levied upon and took into execution as the property of 
Lemond L. Brown Louis A. Barnes John H. Park and
Mrs E.G. Goldsmith as Adminstrators of Jeremiah Gold-
smith the following property; namely the SW 1/4 South west
quarter of the South East quarter of Sec (no 8) township (9) Range
(18) East containing forty and twenty one hundreth acres,
West half of Section no (29) Township (9) Range (18) East
containing three Hundred twenty and eight one Hundreths acres,
South west quarter of South West quarter of section (13) Township (9)
Range (17) East containing forty and thirty six one Hundredth
acres,  South half of Section (19) Township (9) Range 18 East
containing three hundred and fifteen and twenty one hundredth
acres,  East half of south East 1/4 of section (14) North East quarter of
North East quarter of sec (23) West half of North west quarter of section 
(24) all in township (9) Range (17) and together containing two 
Hundred & two, twenty one one hundreth acres, North half of
North East quarter of Section (30) Township (9) Range (18) East con
taining seventy nine & eighty five one hundredth acres and
west half of North West quarter of section (5) Township (10)
Range (18) East containing Eighty acres.  The whole making Eleven
hundred and ninty eight, fifty six one hundredth acres, also
one steam Engine Boiler and fixtures on Grist Mill two Mc
Carthy Gins one Cotton press one set of Blacksmith tools, twelve
Plows and Harness, two Horse carts one four horse wagon four
Mules and one Stallion horse, and having duly advertised the same
and the day and place of sale did on this day at the Court Hosue of
Alachua County expose to public auction said property separately and
successively to the highest bidder and last bidder for Cash and at said 
sale the said Thomas H. Barnes became the purchaser of the South west
quarter of South East (1/4) of section (8) Township (9) Range (18) East
containing Forty and three twenty one hundredth acres also the
