carts at and for the sum of twenty dollars one Roan Stallion
at and for the sum of one Hundred and seventy five dollars
one four mule wagon and four mules at and for the sum
of three Hundred dollars now therefore the said Louis
A. Barnes as Sheriff in consideration of the Premises does
hereby alien, convey and assure to the said Thomas H. Barnes
the property to him so purchased to have and to hold the same together
with the appurtenances thereunto belonging unto the said Thomas H. Barnes
his heirs and assigns, vesting in him and them all the right
title claim or interest in Law or Equity of the Defendant's in exe-
cution as far as I Louis A. Barnes as such Sheriff in
pursuance of the premises can or ought to convey
