came Louis A. Barnes the Grantor in the above deed to me
well known who acknowledges that he executed the above
and by virtue of his office as Sheriff of Alachua County for
the Purposes and intention thereun mentioned

State of Florida } This Indenture made this Eight day
County of Alachua} of December One Thousand Eight Hun-
dred & Seventy five by & between S.F. Waits & his wife Emma
Waits of first part & Wm E. Alexander of second part
Witnesseth that said party of first part for and in consid-
ration of the sum of           Dollars to them in hand
paid by said party of the Second part the following described
lands viz:- North East quarter of South East quarter of
Section Twenty Eight Township Ten South of Range Twenty
Two East containing Thirty nine 87/100 acres also North West quarter
of South East quarter of Section Twenty Eight Township Ten South
of Range Twenty Two East containing Thirty nine 86/100 acres
Also South West quarter of South East quarter of Section Twenty
Eight Township Ten South of Range Twenty Two East con-
taining Thirty nine 88/100 acres.
Also South East quarter of South West quarter of Section Twenty
Eight Township Ten South of Range Twenty Two East con-
taining Thirty nine 87/100 acres.  The aggregate being one Hun-
dred and fifty nine 48/100 acres Lying and being in the county
of Alachua and State of Florida. To have and to hold the 
same forever together with all and Singular the tenements her
editaments and appurtenances thereto pertaining together with
all right title and interest dower or right of dower in and to
the same and furthermore agree with and to Said party of
Second part to warrant and defend him his heirs and assigns
in the quiet and peaceful possession of the Same forever in
witness whereof we have hereunto set our hands and seals
this Eight day of December One Thousand Eight Hundred
