peace the above named Grantors personally known to me by
the parties making said Grant and testified the same to be their
conveyance and further said Emma Waits taken separately
and apart from her said husband testified before me that above
Grant and release of dower was of her own free will and accord
and without any force or compulsion on part of said husband

Seventy five by and between A.G. Franzot and his wife Isabella
Franzot of first part & Calvin Waits of Second part both of above
State & County Witnesseth That Said parties of first part for
and in consideration of the Sum of Two Hundred and Twenty
five Dollars to them in hand paid by said party of second part
have bargained sold & conveyed & by these presents do bargain sell
& convey unto said party of the second part his heirs and assigns
forever that lot of land situated as follows viz: one acre
land more or less situated on North West Quarter of South West
Quarter of Section Twenty Six in Township Ten South of Range
Twenty Two East Known and designated as Lot No Ten (or
Franzots Lot And also the following described lands viz one
half acre situated in South East quarter of North East quar
ter of section Twenty seven Township Ten Range Twenty Two
known as the lot on which the store formerly owned by
Wells Peacock stands To have and to hold both lots of
land together with all and singular Tenements Here-
ditaments and appurtenances thereto pertaining and
al dower and right of dower in and to the same
and furthermore warrant to defend said party of the
second part his hiers and assigns forever in the
quiet and peaceful possession of the same forever.
