Alachua County  } This Indenture made this the Twenty second day of
July in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and
seventy five between Nathan Spencer and Sarah Spencer his
wife of the State and County aforesaid parties of the first part and
Dora T. Cromwell of the same place party of the second part
Witnesseth That the said parties of the first part for and in consid
eration of the sum of one hundred and twenty five dollars paid at
or before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged hath bargained sold and conveyed and by
these presents doth bargain sell and convey unto said party of
