This Indenture made this 19th day of October AD 1875 between Sher-
man Conant Marshal of the United States for the Northern District
of Florida of the first part and M.P. Perry of the State of Flor-
ida of the Second part. Whereas by virtue of a certain Execu-
tion issued out of and under the seal of the Circuit Court
of the United States for the Fifth Circuit and Northern Dist of
Florida tested the 16th day of April AD 1868 at the suit of Charles
