citizens of the State of New York merchants and Partners doing business
as Baldwin Starr & Co Plaintiffs against Allen W. Mason, Daniel Scott 
and Henry Gradick citizens of the State of Florida doing business as
A.W. Mason & Co Defendants directed and delivered to the said Marshal
commanding him that of the goods and chattels lands and
tenements of said Defendants he cause to be made certain monies
in said execution specified the said Sheriff did levy on and seize all
the estate right title and interest which the said Defendants Daniel
Scott had of in and to the property herein after described and on
the first Monday in October AD 1875 (being the 4th day of month
and a legal sale day) sold the said property at public auction in front
of the Court House Door in the town of Gainesville in the County of
Alachua and within the Northern Dist of Florida having first given
notice of the time and place of such sale by advertising said property
for sale in manner and form as required by the statute in such
case made and provided in the "Citizen" an official news paper
published in said town of Gainesville in said County of Alachua with
in the Northern Dist of Florida for thirty days next preceding said
day of sale, and that at such sale the property was struck off to
the said party of the second part for the sum of Three Hundred
and Fifty Five Dollars he heing the highest bigger therefor and
that being the highest sum bid for the same.
Now this Indenture Witnesseth that the said party of the first
part as Marshal as aforeaid by virtue of the said execution
and in pursuance of the Statute in such case made and provi
ded and in consideration of the sum of money so bid as afore-
said and in hand paid to the said party of the first part by
the said party of the second part at and before the sealing and 
delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
hath granted bargained sold and conveyed and by these presents
doth grant bargain sell and convey unto the said M.P. Perry
the said party of the second part all the estate right title and
interest which the said defendant had on the 16th day of April AD
1868 the same being the date of the rendition of Judgment in this 
cause or at any time afterward of in and to all those certain
parcels and tracts of land known and described as follows -----
All of Section 19 Township 10 Range 22 being west of Locloosee 
Creek containing one-hundred-and sixty acres -also a narrow
strip on the Northern boundary of Section 30 Township 10 Range 22
commencing at the head of the big ditch and running east to the
creek - Also 40 acres in the South West corner of Sec 24 Township
     All of Section 24 Township 10 Range 21
10 Range 20^and the North East 1/4 Section 25 Township 10 Range 21
containing Three hundred and Sixty acres more or less and
