all of the above described property being in the County of
Alachua State of Florida and within the Northern District of Florida
To Have and to hold said described property unto the said party
of the second part his heirs and assigns forever as fully and absolutely
as the said party as the said party of the first part as Marshall
as aforesaid can or should convey by virtue of said execution and
the laws relating thereto.

James Thwaite conveying the lands^further for the same consid-
eration conveyed and for the purpose of further perfecting the
title conveyed by said deed heretofore made and executed on
the 20th day of September A.D. 1871 and which is of record in
the Clerks Office of Alachua County Florida have further bar-
gained sold and conveyed and by these presents do further
bargain, sell and convey unto him the said James Thwaite
all the right, title, interest or claim either at law or in equity
