witnesses the execution of the mortgage deed and that the
same are executed for the purposes therein mentioned

State of Florida } This Indenture made and entered into
Orange County    } this the 28th day of December A.D. 1875 be-
tween Thomas Blake and Harriet B. Blake his wife who joins
with her husband in the Deed for the purposes of relinquishing
her right of dower and conveying all her right title and
interest in and to said property and for the purpose of
relinquishing her right of dower in and to the same parties of 
the first part of Orange County Florida and William F. Flynn of
the County of Alachua and State of Florida party of the second
part. Witnesseth, That the said Thomas Blake and Harriet
B. Blake his wife for and in consideration of the sum of Two
Hundred Dollars to them in hand paid at and before the en-
sealing and delivery of these presents, have this day granted
bargained and sold and by these presents doth grant bargain
and convey unto the said William F. Flynn the following
described property to wit: a certain Lot of Land lying and
being situate in the town of Gainesville commencing at the
North East Corner post or stake of the six acre lot more or
less conveyed by Cosmo O. Bailey Charles N. Bailey Mary E. Bailey
and Cosmo O. Bailey as Prochein Ami of Henry Bailey Alexan-
der C. Bailey Orville C. Bailey & Margaret R. Bailey to Thomas
Blake under date of the 11th of September 1868 and recorded on
page 608 Deed Book "G" of Alachua County thence running west
two hundred and ten feet thence South two hundred and ten
   thence East two hundred and ten feet
feet ^ thence North two hundred and ten feet to the place of 
commencement containing one acre more or less to have and to
hold unto the said William F. Flynn his heirs and assigns
forever.  And the said parties of the first part covenant to
warrant and forever defend the title to said premises unto the
said William F. Flynn his heirs and assigns against the
claims of whatever nature and against all persons whom-
soever.  In testimony whereof the said parties of the first
part have hereunto set their hands and seals the year
