This Indenture made Twentyeth day of December A.D. one thou
sand eight hundred and seventy five by Samuel Thomas
and Sarah Thomas his wife of the first part of the County of
Alachua and State of Florida and Catherine Gay of the County
and State aforesaid of the second part.  Witnesseth that the
said parties of the first part for and in consideration of the
sum of         dollars lawful money of the United States to them
in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have
remised released, sold and conveyed and by these presents do
remise, release, convey and confirm unto the said parties of the
second part and to her heirs and assigns forever, All their right
title interest or claim In and to the following described parcels
or lots of land lying and being in the County and State afore-

of SW 1/4) North West quarter of the South West quarter (Sec 34
T7 So of Range 21 East) Section thirty four Township Seven South
of Range number twenty one East containing (together) (123 32/100
acres) One hundred twenty three and thirty two hundredths
of an acre. And also (NW 1/4 of SE 1/4) North West quarter of the
South East quarter (West 1/2 NW 1/4 and SE 1/4 of NW 1/4 of Sect 1 T8 So of
Range 21 East and NE 1/4 SW 1/4 of the same Sec T and R) West
half of the North West quarter South East quarter of the North
West quarter and North East quarter of the South West quarter
of Section One Township Eight South of Range twenty one east 
containing (240 acres) Two hundred and forty acres more or
less. Numbering together (363 32/100) acres) Three hundred sixty three
and thirty two hundredths acres: To have and to hold the same
together with all and singular all their right title and inter
est in and to the appertenances thereunto belonging and also
all the estate right title interest dower and right of dower
claim and demand whatsoever as well in law as in equity
of the said parties of the first part of in and to the same and
every part and parcel thereof with the appertenances. To
have and to hold the same unto her the said party of the
second part her heirs and assigns forever
