these presents do grant bargain sell and convey unto him the
said Samuel L. Smith all the right title interest equity or claim
of the said Defendant in said order of sale of in or to the fol
lowing described Lots, pieces or parcels of land levied upon and sold
as aforesaid to satisfy said Order of Sale to wit: 178 acres of
land in (Sec 2) (T 11) (R 20) commencing at the North corner of said
section running south 28 chains to a stake thence east 5 chains
thence north 17 degrees west to section and being the 178 acres describ
ed in the Deed of Elias and H.M. Bauknight to Wm E. Bauk
night dated April 15th 1873 west
To Have and to Hold the same unto him the said Samuel
L. Smith     heirs, executors, administrators and assigns forever
as fully as I, the said Louis A. Barnes as Sheriff as aforesaid might
could or ought to sell and convey the same under and by virtue
of said Order of Sale aforesaid

                      this 21st day of October A.D. 1875
