County of Alachua } Know all men by these presents that this Inden-
ture made this day between John A. Kennedy of said County and State
of the first part and Albert T. Zetrouer of the County and State
aforesaid of the second part. Witnesseth: that for and in consideration
of the sum of Two Thousand Dollars ($2000.00) paid by the party of
second part to the party of the first part at and before the
sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged have bargained sold conveyed and
enfeoffed and by these presents do bargain sell convey and
enfeoffed unto the said party of the second part his
heirs and assigns all those tracts or parcels of Land
situated in said County and State Known and
described by metes and bounds as follows to wit: com-
mencing at the section line on the South side of Indian
bay thence west to the South West corner of Section
Twenty one (21) Township ten (10) Range twenty one (21)
thence north to the half mile stake on section line
thence to the aforesaid bay thence south along the
East of said bay to point of commencement being
all a plat of land in the South West corner of Sec-
tion twenty one as above described laying West
of Indian bay containing the improvements now oc
cupied by W.S. Perry and fifty (50) acres of land
more or less also all of the South half of section
Twenty (20) Township Ten (10) Range Twenty one (21)
said to contain Three hundred and twenty acres
