This Indenture made and entered into this 7th day
of February A.D. 1873 between Marshall Seigler party
of the first part of Putnam County State of Florida
and Benjamin P. Boulware of the county of Alachua and
said State of the second part Witnesseth that the said
Marshall Seigler for and in consideration of the sum of
Five Dollars to him in hand paid by the said Benjamin
P. Boulware, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
does by these presents, grant, bargain, sell, convey and con-
firm unto the said Benjamin P. Boulware, his heirs and
assigns all that certain tract or parcel of land lying and
being situated in Alachua County State of Florida and more
particularly described as follows; viz The North West quarter
of section (22) Twenty two, Township (9) nine South Range 
(22) Twenty two East containing one hundred fifty nine
& 22/100 acres (159 22/100) more or less, save and except a
fractional part of Five acres lying in the south west corner
of said tract and reserved by Marshall Seigler as a mill site
in his Deed to him together with all the privileges and
appurtenances thereunto belonging; To have and to hold the
above granted premises unto the said Benjamin P. Boulware
his heirs and assigns in fee simple forever. And the said
Marshall Seigler will and his heirs, executors and administrators
shall, the said property to the said Benjamin P. Bouleward
his heirs, executors and administrators forever warrant and
defend against the lawful claims of all persons whatsoever
       In testimony whereof the said Marshall Seigler has
hereunto set his hand and seal on the day and year
herein before written

Alachua County  } Before me W.K. Cessna Clerk in and
for county & State aforesaid, personally came John S. Banks who
being duly sworn deposeth and say that he saw the foregoing
Deed, signed, sealed and delivered for the uses and purposes
therein mentioned
