all that certain parcel of land situated lying and being
in the County of Alachua in the State of Florida and in
the town of Newnansville known and described as follows to wit
Lot one (1) two (2) three (3) Four (4) Five (5) Six (6) Seven
(7) and eight (8) in Block six (6) Range one (1) together with
all and singular the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in
any wise appertaining To Have and to hold unto her the
said Mrs Mary A. Simpson her heirs and assigns to her and
their own proper use benefit and behoof forever:
And the parties of the first part do further covenant and
agree to warrant and defend the above granted premises against
the advance claims and demands of all persons whomso-
ever In witness whereof the said parties of the first part
have hereunto set their hands and seals this the 15th day of

of Florida to take acknowledgements of Deeds and release of
Dower personally appeared Endora A. Belton and W.H. Belton
her husband and severally acknowledged to me that they
executed the foregoing deed of conveyance for the uses
and purposes therein set forth and expressed and the said
Endora A. Belton on a private examination by me separate
and apart from her said husband renounced and relin-
quished all her Dower and right of Dower in and to the fore-
going described premises and says that she does the same
freely and voluntarily and without any compulsion const
raint apprehension or fear of or from her said husband
