Alachua County   } Personally appeared before me J.G. Faulk-
ner a Justice of the Peace in and for said County Aman-
da A. Sykes wife of James F. Sykes Laura Sykes wife
of Owen W. Sykes & Virginia Sykes wife of Josiah S. Sykes
who being by me first examined separately and apart from
their said husbands acknowleged to me that had renounced
and relinquished their right and title to dower in the lands
conveyed in the foregoing deed made by them their husbands
& Martha J. Sykes to W.M. Sherouse freely and voluntarily
and without any compulsion constraint apprehension or
fear of or from their said husbands and they did also with
their said husbands and the said Martha J. Sykes ac
knowledge to me that they did execute the said deed
for the purposes therein stated.
