This Indenture made this fifteenth day of September in
the year of our lord one thousand eight hundred and
seventy five between Julia Cessna Annie L. Barton and 
Franklin Johnson of the County of Alachua and State of
Florida parties of the first part and James F. McKinstry
County of Alachua and State of Florida party of the second
part.  Witnesseth that the said party of the first part
for and in consideration of the sum of three hundred
and fifty five 80/100 ($355 80/100) dollars to them in hand paid 
by the said party of the second part at and before the en-
sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged have bargained sold released
granted conveyed and confirmed and by these presents
do bargain sell release grant convey and confirm unto
the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns
forever all that certain piece or parcel of land lying and
being in the west half of section twenty-two (T 10) Township ten
R 19) Range nineteen and more particularly described as 
follows viz commencing at the south east corner of a 
lot owned by Robt Wilson & R.F. Wilson running thence
north twenty-one 46/100 chains to a stake on the margin of Hog
town Prairie thence east nine 50/100 chains to a stake the cor
                                    sixteen chains 
ner of Dr Watson Porters lot thence south^to a stake thence
southeasterly         chains to the point of beginning con-
taining seventeen 29/100 acres. Said lot is further described
as lot (no 2) number two to the survey of the Patterson
Place (recorded in Deed Book (I) Page     of the public
Records of Alachua County January     AD 1876
       Together with all and singular the tenements here-
ditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in
anywise appertaining and all the estate right title in
terest property possession, claim and demaned whatso-
ever as well in Law as in Equity of the said parties of 
the first part in and to the above described premises and
every part and parcel thereof    To have and to hold The
above granted bargained and described premises with the ap
purtenances unto the said party of the second part his heirs and
assigns to his and their own proper use benefit and behoof for
ever.
   And the said parties of the first part for their heirs ex
ecutors and administrators do hereby covenant with the 
said party of the second part his heirs and assigns that
at the time of the delivery hereof the said parties of the first
