                  Be it Remembered that on this the 11th day
of Jany AD 1876 personally came before me an acting
Judge of the Circuit Court Sarah S. Johnson wife of Frank
lin Johnson who upon examination by me held separate and
apart from her husband acknowledged that she did
make sign and seal the foregoing renunciation relin-
quishment and acknowledgement freely voluntarily and
without any compulsion constraint apprehension or fear
of or from her said husband

and held separate and apart from their said husbands

conveyance was their free and voluntary act and
that they executed the same without any compul
