Alachua County  } on this day personally appeared before me Julia
Cessna Annie L. Barton and Franklin Johnson to me well known
and acknowledged that they executed the foregoing deed for
the purposes therein expressed whereupon it is prayed that the
same may be recorded

Waller County } Know ye that for the consideration of
the sum of eight hundred dollars lawful money of the Uni-
ted States the receipt of which is hereby aknowledged we have
this day bargained sold and by these presents do bargain
and sell to Mrs M.E. McKinstry our right title and
interest to a certain tract of land in fee simple being
lying in Alachua County and State of Florida and described
as follows: The North half (1/2) of the North east quarter (1/4)
of Section Twenty five (25) in Township Ten (10) Range (20)
Twenty East of Principal Meridian containing Eighty
(80) acres. The title of which we will warrant and defend
to her and her heirs and sign for ourselves and our heirs
on this 6th day of January AD one thousand eight hun
dred and seventy six (1876)

Waller County } Before me R.P. Faddis Clerk of the District
Court in and for said County personally appeared James
F.P. Johnston and Fannie R. Johnston his wife subscribing
parties to the foregfoing attached Deed bearing date the 6th
day of January 1876 both of whom are known to me who
acknowledged severally that they had signed sealed and
delivered the same for the purposes and considerations therein
