stated. And the said Fannie R. Johnson having been ex-
amined by me fully and apart from her husband and having
had the same fully explained to her, she, the said Fannie
R. Johnson acknowledged the same to be her act and deed
and declared to me that she had willingly signed, sealed
and delivered the same of her own free will and accord
without fear or compulsion on the part of her said hus-
band and that she wished not to retract it

Waller County } Know ye that Mrs Fannie R. Johnston
wife of James F.P. Johnston and Grantor in the foregoing
deed being this day examined separately and apart from
her husband acknowledged that she signed the fore-
going deed of her own free will and accord and without
any fear, force or compulsion of her husband and that
she conveys all of her right and interest and dower in
said tract of land described in the foregoing deed.
