Alachua County  } This Indenture made on the fourth
day of September AD one thousand eight hundred and
seventy five between Stephen McCall of the said State & County of
the first part and Francis I. McCall of the City of Savannah
in the State of Georgia of the second part Trustee of 
Priscilla McCall wife of Stephen McCall Witnesseth
That the said Stephen McCall for and in consideration
of the sum of fifteen Hundred Dollars well and truly at &
before the sealing and delivery of these presents the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged the said Stephen
McCall hath granted bargained sold & conveyed and
by these presents doth grant bargain sell & convey unto
the said Francis I. McCall Trustee of said Priscilla
McCall wife of said Stephen McCall as aforesaid
all that lot or parcel of land situate, lying and
being in East Gainesville in the State & County aforesaid
& more particularly described as follows to wit: - Beginning
at a Stake on the Eastern boundary of the Town of Gaines
ville running East Two Hundred & twenty yards, thence North
One Hundred yards, thence West to the said Boundary thence
along said Boundary line South to the point of beginning
containing four & one half acres more or less and known
as Lot No. four (4) East Gainesville, being in Section
Four (4) Township ten (10) Range twenty (20) in the Arrodon-
da Grant. To have and to hold to the said Francis
I. McCall  Trustee of Priscilla McCall his heirs & assigns all
the above described lot or parcel of land together with all the
rights, priviledges hereditaments & appurtenances to the same
belonging or in any wise appertaining forever in fee simple
And the said Stephen McCall for himself, his heirs and
assigns, executors & administrators shall & will forever warrant
& defend said bargained premises from & against him and 
themselves & against the claims of all persons whatsoever
