Duval County    } Know all men by these presents that I,
Cornelia A. Dozier at present of the aforesaid County and State
for and in consideration of the sum of Six hundred and
sixty six 66 2/3 / 100 Dollars to me cash in hand paid by Sarah C.
Taylor of the City of New York the receipt whereof I do hereby
acknowledge and for and in consideration of the further sum
of One thousand three, hundred and thirty three 33 1/3 / 100 Dollars to
me well secured to be paid in the future by the said Sarah C.
Taylor have granted, bargained sold and conveyed: and by these
these presents do grant, bargain, sell and convey unto her the
said Sarah C. Taylor the following described real estate to wit
All that certain Lot: Block piece or parcel of land lying being
and situated in the Town of Gainesville in the County of Alach-
ua in the State of Florida Known and designated upon the maps
of the said Town of Gainesville as Block one (1) Range Six
(6), together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments 
and appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise appur-
taining = To Have and to Hold the same to her the said Sarah
C. Taylor and to her heirs, executors administrators and assigns
in fee simple forever. And I the said Cornelia A. Dozier
do hereby convenant and agree to and with the said Sarah C. Tay-
lot that I will, and my heirs executors and adminstrators shall and
will forever warrant and defend her the said Sarah C. Taylor
and her heirs executors administrators and assigns in the titles to the
property hereby conveyed and in the full complete and quiet
possession of the property hereby conveyed and every part thereof against
the lawful claims and demands of any and all persons whom-
soever, lawfuly claiming or to claim the same.
