and eighty eight (88) Links to North-west corner of said fract-
ional section thence southerly Forty one (41) chains and Fifty five (55)
Links to the line of "Gary's Grant" thence North Forty three degrees
East,  Twenty three (23) chains and Fourteen (14) Links to land of
Thomas Napier thence North Eighty four and three fourths (84 3/4)
degrees East Sixty three (63) chains and seventy (70) Links to Town
ship line and thence Northerly along Township line Twenty (20)
chains and Sixty one (61) Links to place of beginning in all
of which said land I the said Mary J. Brown (formerly
Mary J. Turner) am now entitled to an undivided one third
(1/3) interest as one of three Heirs at law of my Father the said
Henry B. Turner deceased all of which said undivided one third
interest in all of said land it is my intention for the consider
ation aforesaid hereby to convey to the said John W. Turner
To Have and to Hold the same together with all and singular the
tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging
or in any wise appurtaining to him the said John W. Turner
his heirs executors administrators and assigns in fee simple for-
ever. In testimony whereof we have hereunto set our hands
and affixed our seals on this 13th day of December A.D. 1875

State of Florida} Before me R.F. Taylor a notary public in
Alachua County  } and for Alachua County, Florida, personally
appeared Mrs Mary J. Brown, wife of Jackson Brown, who
being first duly duly questioned and examined by me separate
and apart from her said husband acknowledges before me that
she executed the foregoing deed of conveyance for the pur-
pose of conveying the property therein described which she owned
or was entitled to seperately from her said husband and that she
executed said deed of her separate property freely and voluntarily
and without any compulsion constraint apprehension or fear of
or from her said husband.
