Known and described as the South half of lots numbers one
Two Three and Four in Block No Four in Range No one
with all the tenements and appurtenances thereunto belonging
To Have and to Hold the same to him the said John W.
Turner, his heirs executors administrators and assigns in fee
simple forever as fully as I the said Sheriff as aforesaid might
or could sell and convey the same under said sale and decree
of foreclosure.

Alachua County } Know all men by these presents that we,
Josephine M. Brooks (formerly Josephine M. O'Malley)
sole heir at law of John O'Malley late of said County
and State deceased together with John B. Brooks her husband
and Lucinda A. Pirtle all of the aforesaid County and State
for and in consideration of the sum of Five hundred and fifty
dollars to us cash in hand paid before the delivery of
these presents the receipt whereof we do hereby acknowl-
edge from Mary F. Bliss have granted, bargained sold and
conveyed and each and every of us quit claimed and by
these presents doth grant, bargain sell alien convey
and forever quit claim unto her the said Mary F. Bliss |
