beginning containing Thirteen acres (13) more or less
together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments
and appurtenances to the same belonging or in any wise apper
taining. To Have and to Hold the same to her the said Mary F.
Bliss her heirs, executors administrators and assigns in fee sim
ple forever - And we the said Josephine M. Brooks and John B.
Brooks and Lucinda A. Pirtle do each and every of us hereby convenant
promise and agree with the said Mary F. Bliss that we and each
and every of us will and our and each and every of our heirs executors and
administrators shall and will forever warrant and defend her the
said Mary F. Bliss and her heirs executors administrators and as
signs in the full and complete title to the property hereby con-
veyed against the lawful claims and demands of any and
all persons whomsoever and will forever warrant and defend
her and her heirs and assigns in the full complete and peaceful
enjoyment of the possession and right of possession of the
property and every part and parcel thereof hereby conveyed
