and State of Florida, aforesaid and known as the South
West 1/4 of the North West 1/4 of section (31) Township (11) Range
22 S&E containing forty acres more or less, also all that
certain piece or parcel of land lying and being in the county
of Alachua and State aforesaid and Known as the West 1/2 of the
NW 1/4 of Sec (11) in Township (11) S of Range 22 East contain-
ing seventy nine and ninety nine hundredths acres togeth-
er with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and appur-
tenances. And I, Ann B. Shannon do and will by these
presents forever warrant and defend the premises aforesaid to
the said Tillman Gordon to his heirs and assigns in witness
whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my
hand and seal the 12th day of Oct 1875
