Alachua County   } This Indenture made this the 22nd day of
December in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight Hund=
red and Seventy five between Mary M. Gradick of the State and County
aforesaid of the first part and Nicholas M. Gradick of the same
County and State of the second part. Witnesseth that the said
Mary M. Gradick for and in consideration of natural love and
affection together with the sum of One dollar to her in hand
paid by the said Nicholas P. Gradick the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged does by these presents give grant bar
gain and sell convey and deliver unto the said Nicholas M. 
Gradick his heirs and assigns a certain lot of land lying
and being in the County of Alachua and State of Florida known
and distinguished as all that one half section of Land in
the Arredondo Grant in the County of Alachua and distin-
guished on the Plat of said Grant made by Messrs Burr and
Washington and filed in the clerk's office of Alachua County
as the North half (N 1/2) of section Thirty six (36) Township
(10) Ten in Range Twenty one (21) containing Three hundred
and fifteen acres (315) be the same more or less together with
all the privileges and ammenities thereto in any wise appertain
ing to have and to hold the above granted premises to the said Nich-
olas M. Gradick his heirs and assigns forever in fee simple and
behoof forever. And the said Mary M. Gradick will and her
heirs executors and administrators shall the said property to
the said Nicholas M. Gradick his heirs and administra
tors forever warrant and defend against the lawful demands
of all persons whatever.

hereunto set his hand and seal the day and year above written

State of Florida} Before me I.E. Webster Clerk Circuit Court in
Alachua County  }
and for the County aforesaid personally came R.H. Hall who
being duly sworn says that he saw M.M. Gradick sign seal
and deliver the foregoing deed for the uses and purposes therein
expressed and that he together with M.G. Scott signed the
same as witnesses.
