State of Florida} Whereas I, R.F. Taylor of the aforesaid county
               Alachua County  } and State was by an order of the Probate or
               County Court of Alachua County Fla made and rendered on the
               3rd day of June A.D. 1875 duly appointed and authorized to act
               as Commissioner to advertise, conduct and make a sale of the
               lands hereinafter described belonging to the estate of Andrew
               Robb late of Alachua County Florida deceased for division be-
               tween the Heirs at law of said Andrew Robb decd
               And whereas as such Commissioner, I did duly advertise said land
               as the same as hereinafter described for sale at public outcry
               pursuant to said order of sale and pursuant to law on Monday
               the 4th day of October A.D. 1875 and did on said day sell the
               same before the Court House door in the town of Gainesville Flor-
               ida pursuant to said notice of sale and whereas at said sale
               A.H. Leonard as Trustee for Samuel Leonard and Dilly Leon-
               ard became the purchaser of said lands for the sum of Five
               hundred dollars that being the highest sum bid for the same
               at said sale and he the said A.H. Leonard as Trustee for said Sam
               uel Leonard and Dilly Leonard being the bidder thereof=
               Now therefore Know all men by these presents that I, R.F.
               Taylor as such commissioner as aforesaid for and in consider-
               ation of the said sum of Five hundred dollars to me as such
               Commissioner cash in hand paid and under and by virtue by 
               virtue of an order of the Probate Court of Alachua County
               Florida made on the 5th day of October A.D. 1875 confirm-
               ing said sale and ordering me as Commissioner to make this
               deed have granted bargained sold and conveyed and by
               these presents do grant bargain sell and convey unto him the
               said A.H. Leonard in trust for the said Samuel Leonard
               and Dilly Leonard all that lot or parcel of land and tenements
               lying and being in Alachua County, Florida, beginning at
               a light wood post at Twenty five (25) chains and Twenty
               five (25) Links east of the North west corner of section six

Chancery order Range Nineteen (19) East to the place of beginning contain-

page 215       of the Estate of Andrew Robb decd sold by me as aforesaid
J.A. Carlisle  for division between the Heirs of said Andrew Robb decd
