To Have and to Hold the same to him the said A.H. Leonard
as Trustee for said Samuel Leonard and Dilly Leonard and
to their heirs, executors, administrators and assigns forever in
fee simple as fully as I the said R.F. Taylor as such
Commissioner as aforesaid might or could sell and
convey the same.
    In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand
and affixed my seal on this 6th day of October A.D. 1875.

Alachua County  } This Indenture made the 27th day of January
in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventy six
between Frank Stewart of the State & County aforesaid of the
first part and Amelia Stewart wife of the said Frank Stewart and
her children by the said Frank Stewart including Josephine
Feamster her child, begotten before marriage with the said
Frank Stewart all of said State and county parties of the second
part.  Witnesseth that the said party of the first part for
and in consideration of the natural love and affection which he
                      said
hath and bears for his^wife and children by him including
Josephine Feamster and also in consideration of ten dollars
to him in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby ac-
knowledged, hath bargained and sold & by these presents doth
bargain & sell unto the said parties of the second part thier
heirs & assigns forever all that certain piece or parcel of land
lying and being situate in the town of Gainesville in said
State and County and known and described as follows: The
