an undivided one half interest of in and to all that certain
Lot, Block or parcel of land lying being and situated in the
town of Gainesville in the County of Alachua in the State of Florida
and known and described upon the maps of the survey of said Town
of Gainesville as Block Four (4) Range Two (2) as specific
in the original survey of said Town of Gainesville - To Have
and to Hold the said undivided one half interest of in and to
said Lot or parcel of land together with all and singular
an individual one half interest in the tenements, heredit
aments and appurtenances to the same belonging or in any
wise appertaining to them the said Piedmont and Arlington
Life Insurance Company and to their Heirs. Legal represen-
tatives, successors and assigns in fee simple forever = And
we the said Henry Elliot and Edwin W. L'Engle do hereby
covenant and agree to and with the said Piedmont and Arling-
ton Insurance Company, that we will and our heirs ex
ecutors and administrators shall and will forever warrant and
defend them the said Piedmont and Arlington Life Insurance
Company and their Heirs Legal representatives, successors and
assigns in the title to the premises thereby conveyed and
in the quiet and peaceful enjoyment of the same against
the claims and demands of any and all persons whomsoever
lawfully claiming or to claim the same.
