      Know all men by these presents that we John B. Dell
      and Laura L. Dell his wife of Alachua County and State of Florida
      of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of one
      thousand dollars lawful money of the United States & us in hand paid
      by Elizabeth Jane wife of Shedrick Sapp of the second part
      the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have bargained and sold
      and by these presents do grant and convey unto the party of the
      second part her her executors administrators and assigns a certain
      tract or parcel of land known and described as follows. NE1/4 of SE1/4
      and the SE1/4 of NE1/4 and SE1/4 of SE1/4 and the NE1/4 of the SE1/4
      of section (29) twenty nine Township 9 South of R 15 East. also
      the SW1/4 of NW1/4 and NW1/4 of SW1/4 and the SW1/4 of the SW1/4
      of Sect 28 Township 9 S of R 15 East containing (280) two
      hundred and eighty acres more or less, belonging to us and now in the
      possession of the said parties of the second part, State and County
      aforesaid to have and to hold the same unto the said party
      of the second part her executors and administrators and assigns
      forever. I do for ourselves our heirs executors and administrators and ass
      igns covenant and agree to and with the party of the second part
      her executors adminstrators and assigns to warrant and defend the
      said property hereby made unto the said party of the second
      part her executors administrators and assigns against all and
      every person & persons whomsoever.
         In witness whereof I have hereunto set our hands and seals
      the day and year first above written.
